My Capital Roadmap is an information service operated by Steele Consulting Group (Vancouver, BC, Canada). We research, verify, and organize publicly available information about investors, funding programs, accelerators, and events relevant to Canadian healthcare and life science companies, and we deliver curated documents built from that research. We are not a registered securities dealer, broker, investment advisor, law firm, or accounting firm, and nothing we deliver is investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about who to approach, what to sign, and how to structure your company are yours, ideally made with qualified professional advisors.
We verify that the investors and programs in your deliverable exist, are active, and match your stated profile as of the verification date shown. We do not and cannot guarantee that any investor will respond to you, meet with you, or invest, or that any program will accept your application. Our lists are curated, not exhaustive: a qualified funder missing from your roadmap is a correction we welcome, not a breach of these terms. The only guarantee we make is the refund guarantee in section 5.
Investors and programs never pay to be listed, and we never sell introductions, warm or otherwise. Sponsors of The On-Ramp newsletter are never investors, accelerators, or incubators, and no sponsor influences listings. Where an organization charges founders to pitch or requires in-person relocation, we flag it on the listing.
Every profile is compiled from public sources, reviewed by a human, and date-stamped, and we re-verify on a rolling monthly cycle. Funding terms, deadlines, and investment theses still change without notice. Always confirm current details with the source before relying on them, especially application deadlines.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Deliverables arrive by email within 2 business days of your completed intake. Every Capital Roadmap surfaces at least 5 qualified investors not on the already-pitched list you provide at intake, or we refund the purchase in full: email [email protected] with your order number and the reason, and we respond within 2 business days.
What we collect: your intake answers (company, stage, sector, province, raise details, investors already pitched), your email, and your purchase record. What we use it for: building and delivering your roadmap, honouring the guarantee, and, if you opt in, sending The On-Ramp newsletter. What we never do: sell your information, share it with investors or third parties beyond the processors below, or add you to lists you didn't opt into. Our processors are Stripe (payments), Tally (forms), Notion (order records), and Beehiiv (newsletter, double opt-in, unsubscribe anytime, per Canada's anti-spam legislation). To see or delete your data, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 10 business days.
Your roadmap is licensed to you and your company for your own fundraising. Please don't resell it, republish it, or redistribute it beyond your team and advisors; the verified database it draws from is how this service stays alive.
